  • End of SE

    Well, yesterday 2359 was the end of SE. The modules that has made the whole SIS year 2 cohort have countless night not getting enough sleep, specifically during the last 3 days. At least it is now over. Had a good learning experience, but I’m not expecting much of a good grade from this as I crashed my IA & test quite a bit.

    This late (or super early) post is because I just got back. Went out with some of my PMSB group members & the others that I had hanged out with over the past few days doing SE. Always thought that SMUX was the only place where I would get stirred shit about. But then, now I know is that if a group of people knows you & know that you are okie with anything, you would just get stirred. Quite a nice outing we all had after the 2359 submission of all our SE project. Went to “The ONE” ktv at orchard there. Quite a good group of singer all of them are. It been quite sometime since I went to ktv to sing. Sang 2 songs.

    Well it’s now time to start to mug for the upcoming exams. 2 papers. Let’s get it over and done with.

  • New Post

    It’s been a long time since I posted. In fact 16 days. Been going for kayaking every weekend except for last week cause have to rush SE project. Well not been sleeping much this past week. In fact for last Monday & yesterday, had to take taxi home.

    Last week was because of PMSB, but at least that is settled. Now is SE that is till this Wednesday. Plus tomorrow/today have a presentation in the afternoon. Hope nothing goes wrong.

    And something been bugging me for the past week. At least been on my mind. Cause WB say got something to tell me after the exam. Cause might affect me. Well hope to know it soon. That’s another reason for hoping to end soon. Another reason is the list of activities that I got/might have.

    Plans for after the exam:
    1) 2 DEC –  Standard Chartered Marathon (going for the 42.162km) let’s hope that I’ll survive.
    2) 3&4 DEC – Desaru (might be going, pending places + surviving above.)
    3) 7&8 + 11&12 DEC – Ad Jam Safety IC for Dry run & Actual (Hope everything goes well & nothing major happens)
    4) 14-18 DEC – Stong (My firs trek, hope I would like it.)
    5) SIE + pre/post reverse ECS (SIE is just need to register, reverse ECS have to see what JJ wants.)

     Well looking at the list of events that I have think I would not have much time to rest.

  • The week since last Friday

    Well, It is been a week since my last post. Been busy with school & all my other stuff. And also just too tired to post anything.
    Well let’s do something boring, going through the stuff I did for the week.

    Last Friday, think I just stayed home to rest after my 2 Star. So nothing much that day.
    Saturday morning had an Ad Jam Prog Meeting, lunched with John, met Marilyn & her friend at SIS opposite Kopitiam.
    After that I went home to get the car to go the gathering that Jac organised. Fetched John, SY & WB to the place.
    Quite confused with the area, went round in circles for like 4 times.

    The gathering was quite good, just sitting around eating & talking about the internal elections results & everything else. That day also celebrated MW’s BDay.

  • Round Ubin

    Today was my first time going round ubin on a kayak. (Unless you count the time I went OBS, HAHA) Well feeling quite tired now. Did it within 4 hrs. Started at 10:30 am, back at Changi at 2:30 pm, with 30 minutes lunch break. Was quite a good experience overall. Didn’t push myself that hard, more like keeping a constant pace so that at least still can survive the whole trip.

    Interesting what you can see on the other side of the Ubin. Think I would consider getting a camera to take photos to keep some moments. Well don’t really know how to discruibe it, must see for yourself.

    Well saw a freshie who has 4 star (sea) when we beached up. She was helping someone prastice Hand Roll. Think they had something like a (multi star) gathering. haha.

    Well back to SE, PMSB and BP. The “normal” school life again.
